Behold Venture is a specialist operated fund. All of us on the investment team have spend our careers dedicated to the games industry, making and publishing games, starting new companies, leading and growing existing ones.
We’ve worked on AAA franchises with several hundreds devs, and we’ve helped indie games go to market. In this wide range of experiences there’s one common, red thread through all our journeys - and it’s not only our love for interactive entertainment - but our true interest in the people actually making the games!
KARL MAGNUS TROEDSSON

Karl Magnus, or KM as most in the Nordics call him, is a game developer and studio leader turned investor. After two decades of building and leading award-winning AAA teams and managing global groups of game studios at companies like DICE and EA, he switched to early-stage investments in 2016. As a private investor he's invested in 18 different start-ups via Loot Spawn Capital.
SIGURLÍNA INGVARSDÓTTIR

Sigurlína, also known as Lina, is an Icelandic engineer and game producer, who after a 15-year stint spanning five cities in four countries in leadership roles on franchises like EVE Online, The Division, Star Wars Battlefront and FIFA has shifted her focus to Behold and investing in early-stage companies.
MAGNUS KENNEBY
FOUNDING PARTNER
Magnus has a background as a strategy consultant and corporate finance professional. The last 10 years was spent as the founding partner of Sequent Invest (small cap private equity). Magnus co-founded several start-ups and has served on the board of numeral companies, most relevant Fast Track Capital and Mionix. In addition, Magnus has made some 20+ business angel investment.
